The Beryl shows one prism side with higher color saturation, it looks like a thin layer started to grow on the older crystal, also visible because of the higher luster of this area. There are tiny little fracture planes at the base of the crystal everything else is totally undamaged! Also the quartz crystals show a distinctive habit without any blemish.
