In general blue crystals are very hard to find or to obtain. This crystal is slightly water worn but nevertheless discloses sharp edges and one flat terminated crystal face! But the most striking part of this specimen is the color in transmitted light, a blue core disclosing at the outer rim a pink color! A great crystal for every spinel lover!
