The Tourmaline crystals are doubly terminated and the quartz displays only a small area with fracture planes at the thinner lateral part. The front of the quartz display a marvelous luster with typical growth pattern, the backside is covered with a thin layer of feldspar. Very interesting and unusual specimen from Afghanistan.
