Apart from a tiny fracture plane at one point of the crystal the whole specimen is fully intact, no damages at all. While the backside shows flat grown colorless quartz the front side is dominated by smoky quartz parallel grown to the c-axis. Also a moving 2-phase inclusions can be seen. Well sized and preserved quartz crystals are very hard to find in Sri Lanka here you a huge crystal with great habit.
