Most likely the mineral is xenotime (Y). The crystal shows intact prism faces and some termination as well. Interesting piece with another prismatic tetragonal crystal attached at the xenotime. A radioactive paragenesis with a gamma activity of 2,7 µSv/h and the total dosage of around 10 µSv/h. Although the gamma radiation is not that high the specimen should be handled with care!
