1. General information

The following terms and conditions are apply to all contracts and deliveries or any other services providedby the owner of the website (hereinafter referred to as Crystal-Treasure). Divergent regulations in particular purchase conditions of the customers are not accepted, even if they are not expressly contradicted. From this divergent agreements always need an explicit written confirmation. All terms and conditions are subject to alterations with an adequate period of notice. A ny order transacted previously, still applies to the former terms and conditions.

2. Offerings and Prices

All offered goods are subjected to confirmation and are non-committal. All quoted prices are referring to the imaged specimen. All product prices are including German VAT and exclude shipping fees. For customers from non EU- countries; the product prices will be shown without Germany VAT after successful registration. The system will automatically deduct 19 % from the total price. In case of multiple ordering of the same item, the customer, who ordered at first, will be preferred. In these cases the customer has no right to claim any kind of compensation for the multiple ordered specimens.
All photos are made with a macro-lens under fluorescent daylight with a colour temperature of 6000 K. Crystal-Treasure tries to achieve the best natural reproduction as possible; but there might be still some slight deviations in terms of colours. Most of the photos are magnified; please notice the real dimensions in the item descriptions. All declarations of weight are quoted in carat. Due to the high significance of the gravimetry slight inaccuracies might occur. These fluctuations are within a certain range: for specimens with a weight up to 100 ct or 20 gram it’s +/- 0,01 ct (0,002 g) any item with weight above 20 gram it is +/- 0,05ct (0,01 g). The measurement might fluctuate in range of maximum +/- 1,0 mm.

3. Conclusion of a contract

The presentation of goods in this online shop is non-committal and doesn’t represent a firm offer. After you entered your personal data you will be guided through the ordering process. In the final step you place a binding order by clicking the “Confirm Order” button; this applies to all items in the shopping cart. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after you submitted your order. The purchase contract is concluded after you received your appointment. If you don’t receive your ordered goods within 3 weeks, you are not bound by this order anymore.

4. Shipment

Your order will be shipped within 2 working days after payment is received.
The transport is accomplished by DPD (Dynamic Parcel Distribution) or by Deutsche Post, as registered and insured package. If not otherwise stated, deliver is ex warehouse to the registered shipping address. Differing addresses should be announced before the order is dispatched and needs our confirmation. Any costs or shipping fees arising from a wrong address, delayed or non acceptance are at customer’s expense. All specimens are packed carefully and are shipped by insured mail within Germany. You are obliged to examine the arriving items immediately after receiving the package. Any goods which are received with obvious defective condition of the packaging or restricted quality of the merchandise, customers are advised to refuse acceptance. All damages must be immediately reported to the forwarding agent as well as to the seller in written form (email).If possible, complaints must already be made on receipt of the goods. The carrier must receive the notice of claim within no more than 5 days after delivery. The buyer is responsible for the fulfilment of these obligations.
For shipments outside of the European Union import taxes might be levied in the country of destination. The customer takes responsibility of all taxes, duty fees, and any bank transaction fees that might occur.

5. Delivery Time

Crystal-Treasure aims to dispatch your order within 24 hours after receiving payment. Times of delivery quoted are intended as a best estimate. Especially all shipping abroad might be delayed therefore should seen as a guideline only.
In case of that non-compliance of delivery dates are cause by force majeure, labour dispute or other unforeseeable events, the reprieve will be extended reasonably. In case of other reasons the customer is entitled to set a written extension with threat of refusal and to back out of the contract after the extension has been passed by. The contract conclusion takes place with reservation of the correct and timely delivery via the shipping companies. Claims of damages, due to delivery date, non-compliance or inability or non-fulfilment, as well as those which came into being until the back out of the contract, are out of question, unless Crystal-Treasure acted intentionally or gross reckless.

6. Right of Withdrawal / Return Policy

Crystal-Treasure grant revocation after German legal situation unrestricted return right, in accordance with the remote delivery law (FAG ) within 30 days after receipt of delivered goods, for that the merchandise has to be returned in unchanged conditions. You also can revoke your contract explanation within 1 month without indication of reasons in text form (e.g. e-mail). For protection of the period of the withdrawal suffices a timely sending off of the withdrawal or the goods, therewith the contract of purchase will be nullified and Crystal-Treasure will fully refund you.

In case of return delivery within 30 days the customer hast to bear all shipping cost that occur, if the total product value doesn't exceed 40,- EUR. The delivery has to be carried out under same terms and condition (e.g. packaging, shipping type). For order with a total product value of more then 40,- EUR the return delivery is free of charge within Germany. For any return delivery from abroad, the buyer has to bear all shipping costs if the delivered goods correspond to the order.

In case of gross negligence or shipment of the wrong item caused by Crystal-Treasure the return delivery is free of charge for the customer.

7. Retention of Title

Crystal-Treasure reserves the right to property regarding any goods delivered by us until complete payment of all demands or outstanding accounts from a current business relation.

The author intended not to use any copyrighted material for the publication or, if not possible, to indicate the copyright of the respective object. The copyright for any text and photos created by the author is liable to the German Copyright law. Any duplication or use of photos or texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the author's agreement.
